Tele-sales customers may submit seasonal returns using our prepaid USPS return shipping label during approved return periods.
To print a return label:
1. Visit our Home Page.
2. Click RETURN LABEL in the red section located in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. You will be directed to the USPS website.
4. Complete all required information, but leave the RMA field blank.
5. Click NEXT to generate and print your shipping label.
6. Affix the label securely to the top of your package.
7. Drop off the package with your local postal carrier or at any USPS location.
Please note that returns shipped outside the approved return dates may be subject to shipping charges.
