Serviced Visits

Twin City Greetings can provide regular service calls to customers on our everyday card program within certain geographic areas. Our representative will detail the rack, put away any incoming order, and write a new order to bring the rack up to an appropriate level of inventory. For non-serviced geographic areas, our telesales department can assist you with any needs from placing an order or helping navigate the website.

On-Demand Mail Orders

Products needed between sales visits can be ordered for same day shipping if called, faxed, or e-mailed in before noon with no freight charges. Orders sent via UPS, Spee-Dee or US Postal Service.

No Seasonal Carry Over

Our representative or shipping department will provide seasonal cards, products and displays. If you have a representative they will pick up any seasonal cards during their next regular service call after the holiday. If you are a telesales customer, just box up the remaining seasonal, go to our Home page and click on Return Label in the red area of the Home page. This takes you to a prepaid USPS label to send your unsold seasonal back to the home office, where it will be processed and a credit memo will be issued upon verification. The major seasons Twins City Greetings supplies cards for are: Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Graduation. Additional minor holidays available to order are: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Bosses Day, Administrative Professional's Day, Sweetest Day and St. Patrick's Day.

Telesales

Telesales enables us to serve customers outside our regular service area, or customers that want to manage their own department. Orders may be phoned, faxed, or placed online with the same great features as our regular mail orders. Call 1-800-359-2737, fax 952-461-3516.

Billing Options

We are setup to do central billing with the following suppliers: Associated Wholesale Grocers, CertCo, Mason Brothers, Nash Finch, and Super Valu. You may also use cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or American Express credit cards to pay for your purchase.

RETURNS
For our telesales customers you can send your seasonal returns through our prepaid shipping label. On our Home page, go to the red area in the middle of the page, click on Return Label. This takes you to the USPS website, fill in all information (don't fill in the area where it says RMA), after clicking NEXT this should take you to print the label, affix label to the top of the box and give to any postal worker or post office.
